The many pages which line these volumes, and their supplements, constitute, in a well-organized, indexed, and comprehensive manner, the labor of love required to digitize and catalog this information on the scale with which it has been done. Bulletin Database Service (BDS)

Directly above is a screenshot of the landing screen which acts as the home page for the service. From here the user may navigate into and out of any of the depicted domains to begin, and eventually narrow, their search with our intuitive filtering system. Each domain has extensive search and sort features for complex, highly-specific queries, an example of which can be seen in the following video clip: BDS: Filtering Tutorial.

The Coventry Foundation's Bulletin Database Service -- Subscription Portal

Purchasing a subscription permits user access to this service on a monthly or yearly basis for as long as their subscription remains valid and, by using this service, is in agreement with and is bound by the terms established within.

You will need to be whitelisted before you can use this service. We will notify you when you are whitelisted at the email address you paid with. Once you subscribe we will whitelist you as soon as we can; however, this is not instantaneous. Please DO NOT attempt to use the service prior to being whitelisted. Ensure the email you use to pay is the one you intend to use with the service (if not, you will need to inform us).

One month access - $10 for a month. Cancel at any time.

One year access - $100 for a year. Cancel at any time.

Immediately following payment, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you will be instructed on what to do next.

If you do not get redirected, you will have to either check your browsing history or reach out to us directly. Proof of purchase and/or the name/email used for purchase will be sufficient.

It is the user's responsibility to read and fully understand the contents of the instructions file included in the download package -- titled "Instructions.pdf."A standalone "Readme.txt" file will be placed under the 'Data' tab. Any user of this service will be bound by the terms established within.

To upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription, the user needs only to choose the yearly subscription and we will terminate your monthly subscription for you. Communicating this interest to us prior to upgrading is helpful for us, but is not necessary. The user can obviously also cancel on their end with PayPal and then select the yearly, though this transition may not be as seamless. Timing is most important, with the user needing to take note of when their monthly payment comes due and cancelling or switching appropriately.

System requirements: This service is tested to run on MacOS & Windows and common web browsers -- users are encouraged to use up-to-date operating systems, hardware, and software. Although it may work, promises cannot be made for older, outdated systems/services. The speed of this service depends on the user's specific hardware and network limitations. The user needs an active Excel license and internet connectivity to use this service.
