Where/how did your passion and interest in the automotive industry get
started?

My passion and interest for the automotive industry came from my
grandfather. My grandfather was a mechanic at a local Chevrolet dealer in
the late 60s early 70s and then went on to become a service and parts manager
at a local Ford dealer in the late 70s through the mid 80s until he got called to
start a maintenance facility for the town government back home. I grew up
around their classic cars which were a 1965 Chevy Nova SS that my great
grandfather bought brand new in 1964, a 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 and a
1980 International Scout II.

What are your career goals after Penn College?

My career goals after Penn College are to hopefully open my own shop with
my friends 5-10 years after graduating and to be a renowned automotive
restorer.

What is your favorite classic car?

My favorite classic car would have to be either an International Scout II or a 1969 Dodge
Charger Daytona.

If could drive any automobile for an hour, what would it be?

If I could drive any automobile for an hour it would be my great grandfathers
1951 International L120 that he modified by putting Chevrolet Suburban
axles and a Perkins 6.354T Diesel in.

What is your favorite aspect of restoration?
My favorite aspect of restoration is bring cars back to life that have either
been neglected or just forgotten about for 25 or more years. I brought a 1971
Ford Mustang that had been sitting for 40 years with a seized motor back to
life with my grandfather.
