On 9/27/2018, Foundation CPA, Amos Kunkle, and
President Gary Kincel traveled to Penn Technical College
In Williamsport, Pa. to meet the latest recipient of the
Coventry Foundation Scholarship. Adam Davis is from
Doylestown, Pa. and developed a love of cars as a young boy
Playing with his toy cars. Adam was not surrounded by car
People growing up, so he fed his interest by reading what he
Could, to learn how things worked, and attended
Every car show in the area. Adam is currently enrolled in the
Restoration program at Penn Tech, and has already accomplished
A lot. He was part of a team of 5 students that took a challenge
To get a 48 Tucker running and driving so that it could be presented
At Pebble Beach this summer. He has also helped with preparation of
The Carry Grant 1940 Cadillac Limousine for the 2018 Glidden Tour.
Longer term, Adam hopes to finish his education, master the trade, and
Open his own restoration shop.
